The Law Office of Krisana M. Hodges practices value-based billing. Most of our clients are assessed fees based on the time we spend working on their matter, although alternative billing models are available for certain transactional projects and general counsel services. Regardless of the amount of time we spend working on a matter, our clients are never charged for unexpected tasks that do not add value to their cases or transactions.
Krisana believes legal bills should be predictable and transparent. Our hourly invoices include clear, detailed descriptions of the tasks completed and the precise amount of time spent working on your matter. Krisana works with her clients to prepare realistic budgets for new matters and to closely monitor expenses, ensuring her clients are never surprised by legal fees.
Krisana also believes open lines of communication are critical for a successful attorney-client relationship. We want to understand your business. We care about your questions and concerns. We are eager to hear your next big idea. That is why you will never be billed for the time we spend getting to know you, whether it be social calls and events or background reading on your company and industry. Also, you will never be charged for short phone conversations lasting less than 10 minutes. If you ever have questions about your case or concerns about a new legal issue, call us. Payment
The Law Office of Krisana M. Hodges accepts payments in the form of checks and money orders. We also accept PayPal and major credit cards through our third party processors. Please contact the office if you would like to pay your invoice by PayPal or credit card.
